چکیده
Objective: To investigate the clinical outcomes of three anesthesia methods in gynecologic laparoscopic surgery. Methods: 300 patients performed gynecologic laparoscopic surgery from January, 2014 to January, 2016 in this hospital were divided into 3 groups by random number method as general anesthesia group, continuous epidural anesthesia group and general anesthesia combined with continuous epidural anesthesia group, with 100 cases in each group. Anesthesia effects of three groups and the changes of oxygen saturation (SpO2), heart rate (HR), mean arterial pressure (MAP) in different time orders (before pneumoperitoneum, 10 min after pneumoperitoneum and 10 min after deflation) were compared, and three groups’ adverse reactions, analgesia, muscle relaxation and patients’ anesthetic satisfaction were observed and recorded. Results: Compared with general anesthesia group and continuous epidural anesthesia group, general anesthesia combined with continuous epidural anesthesia group had obvious advantages in anesthesia effect, hemodynamic variables and patients’ satisfaction, besides, the adverse reaction rate in this group decreased significantly, and the differences had a statistical significance (P<0.05). Meanwhile, in general anesthesia combined with continuous epidural anesthesia group, all patients’ analgesia was excellent, and they were all satisfied with the effects of muscle relaxation. Conclusion: General anesthesia combined with continuous epidural anesthesia has a good effect on gynecologic laparoscopic surgery, with a low occurrence of adverse reactions, high safety and a little impact of respiration and circulation, which is worth to promote clinical applications in gynecologic laparoscopic surgery.

Combination of gabapentin and ramosetron for the prevention of postoperative nausea and vomiting after gynecologic laparoscopic surgery: a prospective randomized comparative study
BACKGROUND As a drug originally introduced for its anticonvulsant effects, gabapentin has been recently shown to be effective in the treatment of nausea and vomiting in various clinical settings. This study compared the antiemetic efficacy of oral gabapentin, intravenous ramosetron and gabapentin plus ramosetron in patients receiving fentanyl-based patient-controlled analgesia after laparoscopi...
متن کاملComparing the efficacy of two warming methods on physiological indices of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy
Introduction: Hypothermia is a common and serious complication that occurs in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery. Additionaly, various warming methods are used to prevent these conditions in the operating room. The aim of this study was to compare the effect of two warming methods on physiological indices of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Materials and Methods: In a cl...
متن کاملCost analysis of propofol versus thiopental induction anesthesia in outpatient laparoscopic gynecologic surgery.
This study investigated the cost of propofol versus thiopental anesthesia in 243 patients who underwent outpatient laparoscopic gynecologic surgery. Patients records were analyzed for medication use, duration of surgery, anesthesia, recovery room stay, and associated costs. Despite the higher drug cost for propofol, the total mean cost was $273.00 less per patient for patients receiving propofo...
متن کاملEffects of intraoperative low dose ketamine on remifentanil-induced hyperalgesia in gynecologic surgery with sevoflurane anesthesia
BACKGROUND Remifentanil is useful during general anesthesia because of its rapid onset and short acting time. However, some studies report that due to opioid-induced hyperalgesia (OIH) and tolerance, remifentanil also increases early postoperative pain. The occurrence of OIH and opioid-induced tolerance is mainly thought to be due to central sensitization by the activation of NMDA receptors. Th...
متن کاملP-179: Spinal Anesthesia in Laparoscopic Surgery of Infertile Patients
Background: Laparoscopy is one of the most common surgical procedures. General anesthesia as the only suitable technique for laparoscopic procedures is a concept of the past. A problem with modern general anesthetics is that even though patients can be awake and oriented shortly after cessation of the anesthetic. There is growing evidence suggesting that regional anesthesia has an important rol...
